Folks, I cant recommend this enough. Sporting News, the mag, switched from weekly to bi-weekly, pissing off its fanbase. Always found it a strong read, I would grab it over an SI anytime. HOWEVER, they started a free daily online edition. For Christs sake, it hit my email today and its 20-something pages long. Friggin' fantastic - all the features of the magazine, sent to your mailbox at 7AM every day. There is no catch, they are just concentrating more on the online side of things due to todays "need it now" mentality. If you are still interested in the print edition, now is the time, as you can get a years worth (20 plus issues, including a couple of double issues) for $14.97. So do yourself a solid and head to www.sportingnews.com and head for daily. They are already touting that over 100,000 folks have signed up, and the response is overwhelming. I am not a guy that shills often, but for this i will. Its printable, and would make for a great lunchtime read if you dont want to stare at the screen all too long.

I cant steer you guys towards this enough.
