I don't think there was ever a doubt the new stadium would look good. That was never the issue.

Grass / lawn talk reminds me of one of my favorite Bleacher Creature lines of all time. Before a weekend afternoon game, Midget Mike hopped up and howled to Mike Donahuge, "hey, the grass looks great today! You did a great job of grazing!"
