Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends south of the border.
I hope you all enjoy this time with your family and friends. Stay safe and have fun.
Have some turkey for me!

Last night we were watching a Thanksgiving themed yukfest on Food Network, and they threw a malarky stat out there. They said that on Thanksgiving 95% of Americans eat turkey. Folks, 95 % of Americans dont all do ONE THING on that day, I would hazard to say more than 5% dont even go to the bathroom.

I'm also in the 5%. We did have turkey on the table, but we also had the Guinea feast thing going. I filled up on everything else, including Beef Wellington. I have not had turkey on Thanksgiving for 15+ years, we always make an additional meat as well as a pasta course so for me the turkey is a waste. The only reason that there is still a turkey is that the rest of the family wants it.
