Ok, I clambered aboard with this one. My first selling point was Michelle Beadle, who I like. So sue me. She co-hosts with Colin Cowherd, who is not all that awful. The show is a daily free-form whirlwind through sports, with a heavy viewer interaction (interestingly enough, mainly with TWITTER) -
They do a lot of polls (its funny and interesting to see what sports fans think and how dumb / delusional they usually are) - features like the "3 cheers" and "3 jeers" of the day, funny random videos off the net (that usually have nothing to do with sports but make me laugh), and all other kinds of fanfaronade.
Its on daily from 4-5 on ESPN-2. I DVR it, and its our background watch while dinner is cooking and we are settling back in. This used to be the "Red Eye" from Fox slot. I still watch Red Eye here and there, but it depends on the guest list usually.
I say this show is worth a gander if you happen to be sitting around at home around 4PM for some reason, or certainly a DVR. To see these poll results and be able to grimace or groan at them is sorta worth it. Also, for someone like me who is baseball and hockey-centric, it gives me a good wrap of NFL, NBA, PGA and other sports notes to where I kinda know whats going on, and can offer in my much needed two-cents.
So watch it!

Michelle Beadle was one of the very, very few things that made Nets telecasts tolerable. It certainly wasn't the fucking basketball.
