Coworker is trying to unload two Knicks tix for Friday night, as she is sick. $60 for the pair, in the 300s section.
She can email the tickets.
Anyone? Hello?
PS - there is no longer a ticket situation, so I am using the "case by case basis" - as well as the "Im a moderator and can do what i want"

She's willing to pay someone only $60 to see the Knicks?

I used the same joke.
Only reason i even got involved is i thought that basketball tickets were more expensive, even for crap seats. I figured it was a bargain of sorts. I did tell her dont hold your breath waiting for me to get a bite.

I think they are. Weren't you the one to point out on Twitter that the Yankees have more wins in November than the Giants, Jets, Knicks and Nets combined?

There's no reason to even include the Nets on the list until they actually *cough* win a game

I have a bet going:
Yankees post-season wins (11) plus Giants regular season wins (?) < Knicks Regular season wins = I win the bet.
I am worried about my chances.

That should be a no brainer. I think the Giants have 4 losses now. The most wins they could have is 12. As bad as the Knicks are, I think 23 wins is doable.

Sounds reasonable....but you just never know with the Knicks. As bad as you think they are, they find a way to be worse.
At their current pace, the Knicks are on schedule for 9 wins.

A fellow Knicks fan at work just said, "The Knicks are like The Whalers to me."

I went to a Knicks game once... only because there was no hockey in the building that season... then I learned that I could drive to Connecticut for a hockey fix & never again wasted my time at an arena with the wrong floor.

I have actually been to a basketball game, a Nets game no less. One of my old coworkers had an extra ducat, and a car to get me back and forth from the city that evening, so I hopped along. I remember nothing of the game, I think I got drunk.
