The season is hitting the halfway point, and Grover tries to avoid history by taking an early lead.

Hey Look at the Solons Or Now to be known as the "Lake Wobegon's" as we are above average so far in Season 7.

A great night by Nettles and he takes the lead in the session. However, I don't expect that lead to last long. Grover's team has been very consistent this session.

This has to be one of the lowest scoring sessions ever. It seems that with the exception of Nettles and Grover, the entire league just benched their players. What the hell is up with Jose's team? He wins one session and stops scoring?
It's FRIDAY. 5 days into this session and he has 77 points. That's pathetic. Nettles is only doing well because he had one big night. Grover's going to win this session by 200 points if this keeps up.

Nettles is only doing well because Felix Hernandez pitched a two-hit shutout against our Yankees. The rest of Nettles' team can collectively go fuck themselves.

Here's where my team stops scoring for the week and everyone else's team catches up.
I mean, it's only happened every session this year LOL.

Yeah, but this time, the entire league is joining you. It's like everyone's taking a dive.

The session is moving on, and John's team has woken up a bit. Meanwhile, Nettles and Grover are locked in a battle.

Tom does hold the record for most seasons played without winning the whole thing. Grover can match Tom in terms of start date, but took some years off. It's not like consecutive sessions where you can just pick up where you left off.

Way for Jose to have a 107 point night and still be nearly 200 points back in the SESSION. Good session though, as the lead changes every day. Nettles retakes the lead.

Thanks to Joba Chamberlain's inability to pitch one inning in relief facing one of the worst hitting teams in baseball, Grover's session winless streak has reached 54.
Had Joba pitched a shutout inning, and assuming Mariano did the same, Felix Hernandez would have lost and got a -5. Instead, he got the win, and a +12. That's a 17 point swing and was enough to get Grover the duke. But no.
Streak continues, and Nettles wins.
Grover has now finished second in 4 out of 7 sessions.
