If Grover fails to win this session, he will end the season with 60 straight session losses...and counting!
Pops is in serious danger of becoming the first person to finish in last place 2 straight years. Way to kill of relegation!
Strong race for 2nd, 3rd and 4th. And there is an outside shot of Grover being caught for the lead. Will Tom lose by a buzzer beater again? Stay tuned...

Yet again I fell for the Fallacy of starting A.J. 7 runs in 2&1/3 innings. Nice work if you can get it. He is 10 & 15 ON THE YANKEES ? Even Scott Sanderson is laughing at him. Thanks for nothing Big Guy.

Wow. I can't put into words the disgrace that Pops has brought on this league. He is nearly 100 points in last place. For the SECOND YEAR IN A ROW. Tom changed the rules so Pops could stick around another year. And how does Pops repay that rare act of kindness from a man whose picture is in the dictionary next to the word grumpy? By finishing in last place again.
I'm floored.
As for the session, Justin is in the lead.

Nice of my team to finish with a bang and piss away any chances at third place.

Nettles rallied his team, who scored 103 points. We have a nice race for the final money spot, though safe to say that Nettles will not be seeing Price again this season.

I'm not sure if I have ANY starts left this season. I have to pray that my closers get some work (and pitch well if they do).

So another year draws to a close. Congratulations to the money winners, Grover, Walkman John, and Tom. If I'm not mistaken, neither Grover nor John have ever finished in the money before.
Unofficially, Justin wins the final session, but that's just a formality at this point. I just need to make sure I didn't add wrong at home.
Justin--614.67 John--604 Evan--586.33 Tom--554.33 Laura--537.33 Grover--512.67 Jose--491 Pops--472.33 Knoblauch--470.67 Nettles--465 Milton--438.33 Larry--429

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT--
When I do these session updates, I write down the previous session standings, which I put in the overall standings section.
This go around, I got the session 12 overall standings from Walkman John. No big deal, but as always, I put it in the overall standings session, copied it onto a piece of paper by hand, and used that paper to figure out the standings.
That's why standings are never official until I get to my Excel file and do the math there.
Somehow, I'm guessing I either made some sort of mistake in getting the standings in the overall thread, or when I wrote them on that piece of paper I used, I screwed up there. I'll check that tomorrow.
You can double check the math, but clearly, the overall standings I had were wrong. Justin is NOT the winner of Session 13. Walkman John is.
Here are the overall standings after Session 12.
1 The Abortions 6598.67 2 The Bureau 6468 3 Hoboken Nine 6459.67 4 High Hard Ones 6411 5 The Swingin' Dicks 6277 6 Just Too Easy 6093 7 Mile High Burritos 7 6077 8 Smash Fuckin' Mouth 5945 9 Brooklyn Bad Boys 5909 10 NJ Barflies of LI 5698.33 11 Forest Hills Incalls 5695.33 12 Solons 5632.33
Here are the final standings.

Here are the OFFICIAL session 13 standings...

Well, I see where I made the mistake. I made a write-o. I wrote down that Justin had 6211 points at the end of session 12. He had 6277. I guess because Tom had 6411 points, and finished immediately above Justin, I miswrote.
Dummy. Sorry again for that but better to correct it.
