Wow. So Chris blames his wife, and Pete blames his son.
Things haven't been right since Knoblauch and Domi did that "this is too easy" chant in 2002.

I know 'someone' doesn't believe in this, however, the fact is that the Yankees have NOT won a WS since this person last sat in the bleachers for a postseason.

Nonsense.
Curse of the Heckle House + Balls Mush = Boston Red Sox 2007 World Series Champions.
The Rockies were on a hot streak before Balls decided that a team he never saw play since their inception was going to get rolled. Thanks MushSuckBalls!!!

It's not my fault that I was right. The Rockies were out of their league, and are a .500 team that had a hot streak.
Well, they aren't playing the weak NL anymore. Any of the 4 AL playoff teams would be doing this. The should have changed the name of the ALCS to the World Series this year.

Yeah, the AL is so strong that all they did against the Red Sox was get swept and blow a 3-1 series lead! Wow, Oh the powerful AL! LA put up such a battle!! The Indians were so awesome in games 6 & 7!!! So much better than the NL!! Ta-ta-ta-totally dude!!
By the way, the 06 Cardinals were a 110 win team that had a losing streak. Better than any Yankee team ever, and better than the Pimps who lucked out when the umps decided to make a call none of them saw. If it weren't for discrimination toward the overweight, the Pimps would not have won. Worse than Denkinger in 85.
2007 Rockies > 2007 Yankees. Yankees were also a .500 team that got hot. They just got hot a month earlier, and were shamefully exposed. By the way going by Balls logic the 1990 Yankees were better than every National League team ever and any non-Yankee World Series winning since Baseball began.
Enjoy the Red Sox victory, they have you to thank for it.

Hey, the Indians, Yankees, and Angels were all better than the Rockies. Someone had to come out of the AL on top, and this year, it was Boston. The 2006 Cardinals couldn't even win 85 games. Sorry. You lose.
Just like the Rockies, who you actually thought were good.
76-72 and they got in the playoffs because Trevor Hoffman blew a save.
The 2007 Yankees, the 2007 Angels, the 2007 Indians were better than the Rockies. Ha ha.
And while I would happily discriminate against the fat people, I didn't, unless you count Capone and 41 as tokens.

MSB...Have your forgotten that the Yanks are a fucking doormat for any team that comes their way? I don't get why you think they'd beat Colo. in a series.

A doormat only if they shit the bed against a GOOD team. The Rockies aren't on the same level. They would get spanked by any of the 4 AL playoff teams.

No they wouldn't. The Yankees got shitkicked by the Indians, who then went out and got dropkicked by the Red Sox.
Sabathia looked like Drysdale vs. the Yankees and looked like hot garbage vs the Red Sox.
Who are you kidding? This has been virtually the same team for the past three years, and in the last three years we've bowed out without a fight.
Mac stop asking Balls questions where he would be forced to give an answer that would make the Yankees look worse than another team, because you know he won't say it. He would think the Last place Yankees would be better than an 110 win NL team that swept it's interleague games. He'd say that the only reason they won is because Ruth, Gehrig, Mantle, Ford, Yogi and Gator all played in different eras and if they would have been on the same team that year they would have won, and that is was a 75 win team who won an extra 35 games.
You should be sending him a bottle of champagne and a thank you note for his jinx of other teams.

Actually Grover, they got beaten 3 out of 4. So did the Red Sox, who came back, and turned it around.
Sabathia didn't look like Drysdale. He was gone in about 5 innings.
You can't bring the Yankees down, much as you try to appear like a nonYankee mark.
Had the Red Sox played the Indians in round 1, and everything was exactly the same, Boston loses.
But keep making up ridiculous arguments that I didn't make. I guess it beats actually arguing against what I really DO say. You can at least win your fictional examples.

Yeah, and had the Yankees played anyone in the first around, and everything was exactly the same, they would have lost to everyone. Our number one starter threw two crap games. the Cubs and Phillies lost out to good pitching, what makes you think the Yankees would have suffered the same fate? they couldn't fucking handle Paul Byrd you think they would have taken care of Webb? Or Francis and Jimenez in the middle of that amazing streak?
Oh yeah it's the Yankees, where they are hands down th best team when they win but when someone else wins the Yankees are still better. They're better just because and the reason they are is because it's different.
My ass. 2007 Yankees = fakers.

We don't know, but the bottom line is, Boston dropped 3 out of 4 to Cleveland as well, so the whole argument about that is out the window. The 2007 Yankees are one of the top 4 teams in baseball, and the Rockies are not. Getting back to the topic, the Yankees have not won a playoff series since Bald Vinny put on the Red Sox hat.

I take the blame for 2004 as I missed the first two pitches of Kevin Millar's walk against Mariano because I was deleting pictures from my digital camera to take celebration shots. Funny thing is, I was deep in the right field stands and the pics would have came out shitty, anyway.

Sure, the Pimps would win in the NL and AL if they had shady umps making calls they didn't see. Who wouldn't win?
BTW: Thanks to Balls and his jinx, the Red Sox have another championship.
