Well Tom, being that Rocky is a fictional character, and therefore not a real boxer, it's safe to say that the boxing commission will not sanction him in any way. Rocky Balboa didn't use steroids. Some actor who bears a slight resemblance did.
As for Stallone, it's no secret that the guy used steroids. To the extent he did something illegal overseas, he should be punished appropriately. This isn't exactly Mel Gibson.

Tom I do think it is funny that now Rocky Balboa equals Jason Giambi...how ironic.......both making multi millions because of steriods/HGH... ;D
