Will it have him eating a cheeseburger while drunk? That is the only way that I would watch it. Even with the advances in special affects, I'm sure that it will be a waste of my time.

I hope there is a scene where he eats a cheeseburger while drunk. They could save money on filming.

That show blew. I was a bigger fan of the show that featured Balls' first acting gig, Riptide!

Wow! That's a great photoshop. It would be better if you did a show that I watched though. I can't wait until they have the technology to insert yourself into various TV show openings. I want to be in the opening credits of Happy Days.

I hate hasslehoff. I saw him in the airport on our honeymoon. I'm half asleep after flying for 15 hours to Hawaii. He's right in the middle of his Baywatch Run, and some guy just says, "look, it's the guy from the car show".
I have a friend gay vinnie, who some of you met in Miami during the WS. Anyway, he's such freak for these lame TV shows, he only will buy a black car because of Knight Rider.

And I would think that he would buy only an orange car with an 01 painted on the side.

Especially if it was truly a 1969 Dodge Charger. Add the confederate horn for effect.

I DID have a TV show car. I had a 75 Gran Torino. Only mine was sky blue and you had to stomp on the floor to get the clicking noise to stop.

It wasn't that bad. But I figured you would shit on it. The problem is that there wasn't nearly enough Hasselhoff. Why bother doing some sort of next generation thing? Hasselhoff should have been the star. The one scene wasn't enough. They really didn't bother explaining anything with Hasselhoff. Just a couple of lines and a lot of questions.

Knight Rider was shit...as was much of 1980s TV. I get Balls' angle - it's comical and there's a large novelty aspect in reliving you youth through memories of these types of god-awful shows. But in large part, 80s TV blew.
I'm a fan of nostalgic TV, and I'm a frequent buyer of Box Sets of what I deem "classic TV": Get Smart, Odd Couple, White Shadow, Taxi, and in my opinion the single greatest sitcom of all-time Cheers.
But man, I can't think of a decade that offered us more pure shit than the 80s: Knightrider, The A-Team (which had it's fun campy moments), Riptide, TJ Hooker, Spencer For Hire, Hawk, Murder She Wrote. It was also the decade that saw once revered actors soil the reputations for a buck: George Peppard, outstanding "war-movie" actor who was in the great film The Guns Of Navarone, does the A-Team? Shatner who could have lived off of his Captain Kirk fame forever gets a bad perm and does TJ Hooker? Lee Majors really just lost any credibility with "The Fall Guy" (although it did do us a service in introducing us to Heather Thomas).

The new Knight Rider has been picked up for a full season.
Now if we're lucky, we'll see a long drawn out plotline involving the Hoff himself.

It's all about building up for the return of the Hoff. The Hoff will make this show better.

Depends on the episode. The one last week was ok, but the one before that was horrific. The other 2 were decent. But the show needs the Hoff.
