Dude, I am not even joking here. I was wanting this to happen for a while, and in just the last two weeks I picked up his shoot interview, and it was pretty cool. I got a batch of 10 shoots, and that was the one I threw on first. If he can pass the drug tests, hes a good hand. Although a lot of the "masterlock challenge" and strongman stuff was panned as being outdated and such, I enjoyed that old wrestling standby.
Im cool with this, if thats the case.

Always liked the guy, and I actually didn't think the Masterlock challenge was all that bad. The issue of course is always who is the guy who would end up breaking it.
The end of those gimmicks is always a let down, and once their done, the wrestler is usually left without anything good on the plate.
I remember a similar thing happened with Tatanka's undefeated streak.
I hope this new run is on Raw, and works out. I wonder how it will work.

From watching the shoot - Masters himself felt saddled with the gimmick, and thought it went on way too long and become a parody of itself. He groused about not being able to get on the mic, really, except to promote yet another Masterlock challenge.
Had a bad rep first time around for carousing about. His running buddy at the time was Orton. He says one of the reasons WWE had enough of him and dumped him after a failed test was to keep him away from Orton, although that was already in motion with a move to Smackdown after a draft. That was completely done to get him and Orton apart.
He didnt really bury anyone on the shoot (outside of Hugh Morrus, who took part in training him) as even during this shoot - filmed in 07, I think - he was angling to get back to the WWE, and was confident he would. I have not finished the shoot, I am looking forward to his reaction to the cracks HHH made on TV about his dissapearing physique after the wellness program took place - I know that is asked about on the shoot.

Terrible, I hated this guy. I wasn't impressed with his mic skills and to say I hated him in the ring would be an understatement. But it doesn't surprise me, he olooks like tyoical Vince guy. Oh well now it's time for more Gladiatorrs bits and music.
