thanks pwtorch.com Way to enjoy your time off! Former WWE wrestler Jeff Hardy was arrested and jailed Friday on multiple drug charges after police searched his home in North Carolina, reports The Pilot newspaper.
Hardy is accused of trafficking prescription pills and anabolic steroids. A police search of his home yielded 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine, and items of drug paraphernalia.
Hardy had been investigated by the narcotics division of the local Sheriff's office and additional law enforcement units before Friday's drug bust.
The official charges were "felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia."

I must say, even though it's Jeff Hardy, this still shocked the hell out of me. Not cause he doesn't seem the type just cause you would think with how good his last run was he'd use a little more sense and not have that kind of crap.
262 Vikes huh, a lot of fucking aspirin in that too but the tiny bit of hydrocodone makes it a drug. I had a script for them for my back after my crash and percocet as well and I don't understand why vikes are considered as bad as they are. I was taking 3 to 4 a day it said 1 every 6 hours, i even had the extra strength ones, and because of the amount of acimeta-whatever-phine, aspirin, and my stomach would kill me and hurt really bad at times same as if you're stomach hurt after you had taken excedrin or tylenol. It didn't really make me high even with beers I never felt doped up or any relief for the pain either so I really don't see the big hype on vicodin. It isn't as serious a drug as it's made out to be, it's really strong tylenol basically, it's malarky.
But I get it's the law, it sucks but it is what it is and he should have used his head, although many are saying not to pass judgement so I guess details are to come out not incriminating Jeff, I don't fucking know, we'll see how it plays out. Kinda ironic though, how glad is WWE he isn't under contact , cause it would have been strike three for him, he would never have been able to come back. I wonder how it will affect the company taking him back should he decide he wants to come back in the future. I'm sure Vince will be leery as hell and who could blame him?

the thing that jumps out to me the most is...who turned him in?

That actually wasn't bad balls, nice attempt.
It probably was someone who got busted in town and he gave up Jeff to get off the hook or something. Some douche was like if you guys help me I'll give you a big name for an arrest.
But from what I read cops investigated for a period of time Jeff's house before attaining a search warrant. So given up or not, there was without question something suspicious enough about Jeff's house that justified the police getting the judge to grant them a warrant. It's pretty fucking crazy, I feel bad for the guy if he's telling the truth and it isn't as it seems cause he just has some real shitty luck, otherwise he's an idiot who's lucky he had already finished up his stint cause he would have been fired and banned for life for reals. But no matter what, if Jeff comes back you can't blame Vince for being a tiny bit nervous and being worried cause this thing will be in the back of everyone's mind when/if he comes back.

What an idiot.....no matter what the cicumstances are....Knowing Jeff all the stuff was probably for his use and not to sell to others......
I wonder if Vince was tipped off with the timing of all this..LOL

Answer to that is no, cause WWE up until 2 weeks ago was trying their damnedest to get him to stay, including an offer for him to simply come in for TVs and PPVs (even Undertaker and HBK make house show appearances, this was a first)
Also, WWE was just over his place a couple of days before, filming for a DVD they were looking to quick-release (and have since scrapped)
So, yeah, they were around his house, but lets not make jokes and think WWE gives a hoot about trying to turn him in. What WAS telling was them having CM Punk make a snide comment during the PPV, the old "told you so" line that tells us all that Vince is most likely unhappy that Hardy has not only left, but once again puts wrestling in a sketchy light.
