This is actually kind of a tough question since there have been a LOT of great ones. Who do you think has the greatest wrestling entrance overall--music and routine.
I was just asked this question and am having trouble picking just one.
Off the top of my head, Hogan's obviously kicks ass. But he's not alone. Ultimate Warrior, for all his issues as a wrestler, had an awesome entrance routine.
And Undertaker's entrance is legendary.
HBK hasn't changed his theme in years and with good reason. I don't know if he has the cocky swagger he once had, but when I think of HBK entrances, I think of the early 90s.

For me it's two on both ends of the spectrum, first, is Flair for all the pomp, circumstance, style and class, and second is The Sandman (ECDub version of course) for all out wildness, crowd participation, excitement and the like........but I would have to think most public votes would be won by the Undertaker though by now his 15 minute entrances grate on me.....

By no means am I calling this the absolute "best" but one I thought was pretty cool over the years was Gangrel. The music was cool, the rising from below was cool.
I grew up with the sounds of "Freebird" wafting through the studio in Georgia, with the Birds sauntering out, with a preening Michael Hayes at their lead. That rocked.
I also liked the "surprise" intros of 3 Minute Warning. Did someone say "three minutes???"

The beauty of this kind of thread is that a guy like Gangrel can certainly be in the discussion. It's not about who the best wrestler is--it's about the entrance. Some wrestlers are nothing after the music stops. But while they walk to the ring--they are outstanding.
Hell, even Spirit Squad had a funny entrance.

Balls and I spoke about this at the game. Two I mentioned off the top of my head were Piper, which was a pretty badass entrance, and the Bushwackers. LOL!

I hated the Bushwackers. But I will give it up for the entrance. When I had front row seats, I was always worried one of them would lick my face. Sick.

You're no fun. LOL
As for Piper, his was the most badass. Bagpipes blaring, he'd just stroll to the ring at his own pace with that smug grin, because he couldn't give a fuck. Total badass.

Did he have the bagpipes entrance as a heel too, or did that start after his turn?

Bruiser Brody in Japan, with the guitar riff from Immigrant Song and him screaming and swinging the chain above his head, you knew some shit was about to go down

Was it Lance Storm in the old WCW that had the snow storm when he came out?
Also, The Genius and his poems/rants were fun.

Are you thinking Glacier in regards to the snowstorm?
Here's a funny Genius story. When he started his poetry and frisbee tossing to the crowd, he was a good guy. So I would boo the Hell out of him during my visits to the Garden, a bunch of people would join in. His poems were mad corny, even for that time.
Well, one fine afternoon during an MSG show, he comes out for a match, and starts his poetry slam, and we start to boo a bit. Then we slowly realize he is doing a HEEL poem! It was during his transformation, and he spent his poem ripping Hulk Hogan and sticking up for his brother Randy Savage. It was out of the blue, he had not "turned" on TV yet, and all of a sudden we were cheering. Even as Hogan fans, we could appreciate a good heel turn.

One poem that I remember from TV is a match vs. Gregg Valentine, and he said somthing to the affect fo the "Hammer Getting Nailed"
