So yesterday Hogan made news on the Bubba the Love Sponge show again, talking TNA. He was going on and on about how good its getting, and mentioned his lawyer has been in contact with them. He is open to going in, and went as far as to say a "Hogan - Vince Russo feud would be hot."
Of course it could be Hogan looking for more leverage with Vince, but from all accounts Hogan will NOT be at Mania, and he knows it.

Hogan and the WWE just belong together. It's just not the same anywhere else.

Yeah, but the point many are making is that Hogan is not needed anymore in the WWE. His last couple of angles were flops, including the stale Orton/Hogan storyline. The SNME episodes focused on Hogan flopped miserably in the ratings. The guy can hardly walk, yet alone be expected to put on a match. Look, I love Hogan - just last night I was deep into his DVD set, but I'm coming around to the thinking that its best to part ways, until its time for the Hall of Fame and a simple wave from the podium from him to accept his honor.

I think so too. His body is broken, and I have no desire to see a broken man in the ring. There's a good 30 years worth of footage out there, which is more than enough for anyone.

It's not about need for Hogan. It's simply about the occasional appearance. He shouldn't be in main angles. But I don't want him in TNA. When Hogan makes an appearance, it should be full fledged, red and yellow, Hulkamania, and part of that is the classic logos, and the Real American theme. If Hogan appears, I want to see WWE Hogan, not WCW Hogan.
I doubt I will last watching TNA if it becomes what WCW was.

In another dark sign for Hogans future, WWE is pretty much running a clearance on all things Hogan on Shopzone, with everything Hogan on major sale, and most things half off. On todays Keller update, they said there is a "ZERO PERCENT" chance Hogan will be at Mania.

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Hulk Hogan vs. Jerry Lawler has been officially signed to take place on April 27 in Memphis, TN at the Mid South Coliseum. This would be the first time in over 25 years that the two have wrestled each other. This storyline has been building over the last month or so on Memphis Wrestling TV. Of course, this is the plan at the moment as anything can change late (especially given Hogan's pattern of pulling out of planned matches and storylines).
I find it funny Hogan would agree to do this, but he priced himself out of doing Mania, in front of 75,000.

Hulk Hogan appears on QVC twice to sell the Hulk Hogan Ultimate Grill. He'll be on at midnight Eastern time tonight, 7/25, on "Now You're Cooking" and again tomorrow at 11 a.m. Eastern on "Thrill of the Grill."

A man arrested in an execution style slaying of three college students in Newark, NJ was arrested and the newspaper photo showed him wearing a Hulkamania T-shirt. Story is at www.nj.com called "Suspect in Newark slayings allegedly had violent past." The story, with the photo, has started to get national news coverage over the past few hours including on the front page of the CNN web site. wrestlingobserver.com

I hope it's proven their necks were broken over a ledge using a leg drop. I hope a video comes out of the killings and the killers are cupping their hands to their ears yelling brother non stop. Bout time it's proven how the man has had a negative impact on people in this country.

TMZ.com reported that Hulk Hogan's Miami Beach home was robbed last night of $100,000 worth of jewelry. They have been moving out of the home and in the process of moving, several items including a diamond-encrusted watch and two gold chains were stolen.

"Could have been Cryme Tyme. "
What blatant racism. Typical from a Hogan fan.

What racism? They are criminals. They steal stuff. They do it on live television and somehow do not get arrested. I'm shocked at these weekly crimes. The fact that you would assume that their skin color has anything to do with it is racist. I'm saddened.

I don't buy it. Repo Man was mentioned but yet the one act you bring up is a black tag team. Plenty of white and spanish people steal, and have been the culprits in many different crimes happening on WWE. The fact the only reference you make is that of two individuals of different race.It doesn't matter what you say or if you even realize it, but that was blatant racism. Some may call it a Freudian Slip. It just seems that every wrestler you bash isn't white with Cena being the only exception. And seeing as Hogan is one of the whitest white guys around, I don't buy you're excuses.

There is not one black wrestler that Balls likes, or has liked.
And when is the last time he said ANYTHING positive about ANY minority? He doesnt do it. Hurricane was funny, but Rosey was not. It goes on and on.
