Solid episode this Monday. I really like the new plot direction. Lots of the crap, like the time traveling, are being done away with it. Still too much silliness with Hiro, the guy cant even appear on screen without goofy music playing. But I enjoyed the episode, and look forward to all this playing out.

I'm surprised you're still watching.
Sylar is an outstanding villain. I actually root for him now. Did you watch the first half of the season?
I actually laughed a bit at the ending though. Seemed like they are trying to turn the show into Lost.

He's a villian, yes, but I have a feeling he wont stay that way. Even the poll they ran asked wether or not he will turn into a "hero" when its said and done.
I dont watch Lost but even I made the same connection. I was surprised to read yesterday that Heroes was like 36th place last year in show ratings, that is a horrid fall for the show. They have a lot of ground to make up.

So did you watch the first half of the season?
There are some inconsistencies. First, Peter's powers seem to have changed. It's also unclear as to whether he keeps every power he is exposed to like he used to.
And I'm not sure how Mohinder's powers got to where they were.
With Sylar, it takes a good actor to take someone so horrible, and get you to root for him. I don't think he's redeemable, and if you watched the first half of the season, he did try the hero thing, and it didn't work for him.

Of Heroes? We have watched every episode, pretty much grudgingly. And I have forgotten half of what we watched, as it took too many turns and got too cute with the plot twists.

That ALWAYS happens with Heroes. I watch, but forget most of the stuff, especially given that I watch just once and there's usually a hiatus.
I was just asking because I didn't know how freely I could talk without spoiling. Sounds like no holds barred.
So Peter never had to touch someone to absorb the power. And why would Peter give a crap about getting sucked out of the plane when he could fly? Does he only get one power at a time now?
And Mohinder was a bug last I remember. How did he get super strength?
