www.f4wonline.com Busted! You know, I used to be a Sean O'Haire fan. Former WCW tag champ and MMA fighter arrested Sean Haire was arrested on Sunday and charged with battery and criminal trespassing by police in Savannah, GA, after his girlfriend complained to police that he attacked her according to a report on the TMZ.com web site.
According to the police report, Haire, who wrestled in WCW, New Japan and WWE, as well as fought in Pride under the name Sean O'Haire, put his girlfriend in a choke hold and called her a bitch and a whore before she ran outside and called the police, who tok him to to Catham County Detention Center. He was released on $4,600 bond.

yeah, that name has been bounced around since the beginning as a likely get. Ive had about my fill of all these special guests, to be blunt (but there are going to continue through the end of the year at least - and maybe through next Wrestlemania!)

Ooof. The daughter of Greg Gagne has been busted for partaking in sex with a minor. She's a teacher - how many times have we heard this one before. I believe 28 years old, she had a fling with a 17 year old male and is now in big trouble.
Apparently the law went to Gregs house looking for her, but she has fled town.

Not in her state.
She has a gym-teacher look. Which I think she was putting to use as just that, a gym teacher.

And Tommy Dreamer has quit WWE. Last appearance will be a match taped last night, jobbing out for Zack Ryder. As inexplicable as it seems, TNA rumors are out there due to his friendship with Team 3D and Tazz.
I remember being shocked last summer when I heard he just signed a 3 year extension. He did not even make one year of it. Ill give him this, he had some decent battles this year with Christian. But he was sort of a waste.

yo Captain looks like i wont need that passport next year,, The location of Wrestlemania 27 has reportedly come down to the Georgia Dome in Atlanta and the Sun Life Stadium in Miami, according to Gary Stokan, President of the Atlanta Sports Council, in an interview with www.georgiawrestlinghistory.com. Stoken said the announcement would be made on February 1, coincidentally the day after Royal Rumble at Philips Arena in Atlanta. [Thanks to Larry Goodman]

Looks like a return trip to Atlanta for me......Last time was Game#1 World Series in 1999 (also Olympoics in 1996)....Sancho get ready!!!! WrestleMania 27 set for Atlanta DOME IS HOME ... next year's WrestleMania will take place at the Georgia Dome Published: Today Add a comment (0) WWE will today announce Atlanta as the host city for next year's WrestleMania. The event is set for the Georgia Dome in spring 2011, according to reports in the city. The Dome is the home to American Football side the Atlanta Falcons and has hosted Super Bowl finals and Olympic events. It has a capacity of around 70,000 people. Atlanta Sports Council president Gary Stokan told Access Atlanta: "We have a long-standing reputation of hosting the highest level of sporting events. "Adding WrestleMania 27 to our list of wins would further showcase Atlanta as the sports capital of the world." This year's WrestleMania will take place on March 28 at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona. More domestic problems for Ric Flair. Apparently his wife of 4 months was picked up last night on domestic-abuse charges, and is still in jail as I type this. This is Flair's FOURTH wife.
Sounds like she may have thrown him a beating.

Drug cocktail killed Umaga
By SIMON ROTHSTEIN
Published: 01 Mar 2010
WRESTLING star Umaga was killed by a heart attack brought on by a toxic cocktail of drugs, it was revealed today. The 36-year-old star was found dead in December, six months after being fired by WWE for refusing rehab after failing a drugs test.
Umaga's body has since undergone a toxicology examination, with wrestling author Irvin Muchnick revealing the results on his website earlier.
Muchnick reports chief forensic investigator Dan Morgan as telling him: "The cause of death is acute toxicity due to combined effects of hydrocodone, carisoprodol and diazepam."
Carisoprodol is better known as the muscle relaxer Soma, Diazepam is more commonly called Valium and Hydrocone is a painkiller.
All three types of substance have been prevalent in other wrestling tragedies.
Muchnick, a long-term critic of the WWE, told The Sun: "Spin it any way you like, Umaga was the latest of hundreds of avoidable pro wrestler deaths over the last generation.
"This statistically impossible cluster of fatalities can be traced to unconscionable occupational health and safety standards, which include working conditions that can lead to abuse of steroids and prescription drugs.
"The high-profile candidacy of Linda McMahon for a US Senate seat is an opportunity to correct the missed opportunity of the 2007 murder-suicide Chris Benoit, and use this heightened scrutiny to clean up wrestling."
We are awaiting comment from WWE.

Statistically impossible? Umaga was a jerk. Unless the WWE provided the drugs that killed him, they are no more responsible for that than a teacher is responsible for a student that brings a gun to school.
How many drug related fatalities are not reported on the news? Probably most. I doubt Mushnick has any stats on that stuff.
As for Benoit, Mushnick is as responsible for that as Linda McMahon is.

Vince and Shane McMahon were spotted together at the Yankee game on Saturday the 17th. They were even shown on the big board between an inning. Nice to see there may not be any particular acrimony, and nice to see them enjoying the best team in baseball.
