Good. the angle was worth it. The Band is back together, fuck that.......The Wolfpack is back. And Hall had K-L-I-Q on his tights, because the Kliq is the greatest force in professional wrestling. I didn't mark out, but fuck did that reunion make me happy. And Big Kev just being a smart ass, the facial expressions, this is what they needed. For 15 years, it has been and always will be, 4 life.

still on Bischoff's FB page, fans are KILLING the PPV, crapping all over it. many threating to stop watching if tomorrow doesn't make a big improvement
Lee Ellis That was just embarrassing! Im a hug fan of TNA but even i cant defend that clusterfuck of an ending!40 minutes ago · View Feedback (1)Hide Feedback (1) · ReportAdam Pearson likes this.
Adam Pearson I paid good money to watch a decent PPV, and then I was shit on by you and your stupid creative team. Fuck Vince Russo. That was the dumbest ending I have seen in years. How do you expect people to buy your PPV's when you end your main events like that. WOW. THAT WAS AWFUL. And I'm not a WWE mark.
Donnell W Dees That was the worst malarky I have ever seen. I gave TNA a fair shot for 3 months and this is the result?53 minutes ago ·

FINAL THOUGHTS: This in its own special way is in the race for most ridiculous PPV in history. No announced finish in the TNA Title match. A Three Stooges routine Syxx losing the spray can twice in two minutes. Hype that promised an X Division main event and the X Division Title match was buried in the middle between two wrestlers not even close to over. Rob Terry, a Warlord knockoff straight out of the 1980s getting a monster push by squashing Magnus, who actually has an upside. Kurt Angle opening up a blood feud grudge match with a two minute side headlock. I can think of no more fitting symbolism than the body outline in the ring throughout the second half of this show. I'd recommend the replay just so you can see for yourself how clueless this company is and how lacking any cohesive vision this regime has.
Keller's review made it sound bad. Really bad.

The only good match was the Ultimate X match....big surprise there. And the line of the night goes to Shelley when the Guns cut a promo before the match and said they the Guns had been wrestling since before Generation Me got their Hardy Boys starter kit.
I'm waiting for the 5 star reviews from the TNA marks on here.

Yeah, PPV is being pounded on the blogosphere. I have not seen it, I dont get it in the mail for another week. Tried to listen to the roundtable on my Zune this morning but fell asleep on the train after a long weekend. I wont defend what looks bad, but lets see how the ratings pan out. Keep in mind, TNA is NOT playing to the dirt-sheets as it were. On paper the PPV does sound terrible. But Ill withhold judgement on that.
No matter how the PPV did or what ratings it got, I will be watching TNA live tonight and DVRing Raw.

It's basically back to 1998 WCW where talent gets buried and we get to see the nWo hog the mic all day and big guys who can't wrestle like Terry get monster pushes.
Will I see the Nasty Boys again?

I think secretly Grover is a Nasty Boys mark.......
At least Knobbs will have health insurance now!

The way he breathes when he's in the ring he might need it soon.
The more I think about yesterdays PPV upon reading results, the worse it sounds.

as much as I hate the Abyss/Ring BS, I think AJ Styles doing a Nature Boy Impersonation is even worse. I'd be okay with Flair being his manager, but I don't want to see AJ morph into Flair. actually, what I'd really like is a nice heel faction, Flair as manager, AJ, Wolfe, maybe Matt Morgan (Though I'm not a fan, he'd be good in the enforcer role) throw in a tag team that can be champs.....

I'd like Flair managing that stable, but with AJ, Beer Money, and Wolfe.
And for the record, from now on I'm referring to him as Mr. Wolfe. If you don't know what I mean by that, stick your mouth around an exhaust pipe.

never been a huge beer Money fan, granted I'm in the minority there. Something about Robert Roode....how many gimmicks can one guy infringe upon?

Funniest note about Robert Roode is that when he first turned solo heel, he was coming out wearing a borrowed Terry Taylor robe.
TNA was a strong show last night. Its gotten good reviews, but sadly was probably not watched by many. Bischoff opening up on the guitar was surreal, but when there are 52 weekly programs a year, a change-up and something different is fine with me. Some people are acting like it was the worst thing to happen in the world.
Read the WWE spoilers, and Im not particularly impressed. That said, I cant wait till Mania.
Kudos to TNA for a fun night of wrestling, although they are getting pestered by some people for having "too much going on."

I didn't mind the Bischoff opening and it actually played into the angle.....I guess I would rather have too much going on then too little. RAW was what it is and with Wrestlemania pretty much having been set there was really not much more they could do but what they did last night. TNA again was the more enjoyable...Two funniest moments for me when Bischoff stated he could save $19.99 for Fed Ex when Foley and Jarrett were going at it and when he wished Mick well "in his future endeavors" as he exited up the ramp......Hardy and RVD end of the match with Beer Money was cool with the sequence of all the moves in rapid fire fashion........Waiting for the inevitable Hulk - Bischoff meltdown...Question is does Bisch get with The Band and they try to recreate NWO - WCW takeover? ?? I also am looking very forward to Mania!

The Bischoff opening was actually pretty funny.
'Thank you, thank you, I wrote that myself'
(Crowd boos)
and I just came across the snippets of the end of the PPV on Sunday, and holy shit, it looked funny as hell, in a bad way.
LOL @ Hogan wheeling Flair away, and everyone falling into the hole in the ring!! Oh God it was so retarded!! I have to download this now.

Well, even last night had its comic moments, with Flair getting rolled down the aisle in his wheelchair into a clothesline.
You forgot a funny addendum to Bischoffs outro to the song...he wrote the song after he "ran with the bulls in Pamplona"

Well, its been made official - TNA will be running 8-10 from this point on, getting that jump on Raw. Some think WWE (more likely USA Network, as WWE has been opposed to the move) may counter with 3 hour Raws, from 8-11. TNA is countering that as well with a replay Thursday nights.
In the end, between the earlier jump and the replay, TNA should be playing before "more eyes" so this is a positive for them. It also gives me the opportunity to watch TNA from 8-10 weekly, then watch Raw off the DVR that same night once TNA is over.

HEAD TO HEAD they got their shit pushed in. In the weeks they did both a Monday show and a Thursday replay, the combined audience was the HIGHEST they have ever done. More opportunities to see, more eyes. They get that, while taking a bite out of the Raw audience, they win.
They were drawing 1.2-1.3 on Thursdays. They have been near a 1 on Mondays, and over a 1 with Thursday replays, combining to a 2 share. Highest they have done in a week. More eyes, more revenue, TNA wins.

TNA is NOT done, there is yet another new show that will precede the 8-10 edition, which will consist of backstage packages and interviews, it appears. It will be on from 7-8 Mondays, pretty much giving everyone 3 hours of new TNA programming every Monday. This show starts this Monday!

How about a 10-midnight show to explain their booking.
I'm growing tired of seeing old people. TNA will not make that step forward when they push guys like Nash, Hall, Pac, the Dudleys, and have Bubba the Love Sponge on the mic as if anyone gives a fuck.
They need to get the fuck out of that Impact Zone too. LOL @ Hardy and RVD trying to come through the crowd and some old lady is standing in their way drinking a soda.
Anderson/Angle was good. Why are the Guns beings buried? And while I like Rob Terry as a good bruiser enforcer type, his push is baffling. Does anyone even care that he tossed around Homicide?
GRRRRR, get Russo off the booking for fucks sake.
