Probably something nefarious. One of the sites said, "I have a reason but until I get it confirmed from a second source I cant find it within myself to go with it." So whatever it is, it appears to be dastardly. Also, there is the fact that this release has yet to make the website, and there have been no "good luck in her future endeavors" messages to this point.

Well, word going around from some pretty reliable sources is that basically she was fired for "sleeping with too many people" pretty much. She apparently has always been noted as a major "ring rat" and most significantly a playtoy for Lashley, when he was around. Apparently her recent dabbles included some married men, so the fed chose to get rid of her to avoid the trouble that comes from that sort of thing.

Ok, the tawdry side of the story is out there, but here is the skinny from a more reputable source, the wrestling observer. Be this as it may, its important to note two things - one, the WWE never "wished her well on her future endeavors" which signals a nasty parting, and the rumors of her libido have been festering for a while.
WWE still hasn't acknowledged the release of Kristal Marshall. Sources say Kristal turned down an idea that would have saw Edge telling Kristal to seduce Teddy Long, so Edge could get revenge on Teddy for stripping him of the World Heavyweight title. Kristal didn't feel comfortable with the sexual side of the storyline as she is currently dating Bobby Lashley. Kristal turned down the idea which put some major heat on her from management. Kristal was supposed to be similar to Lita when she was with Edge. WWE officials took Kristal's refusal of the idea the wrong way as they felt it was a great opportunity for her. WWE didn't like this too much, so she was released. No word yet on how Bobby Lashley is taking her release.

Brooke Adams, of ECW Extreme Expose fame, has been released. WWE has wished her well in her future endeavors....in bed! Anyhoo, she had expressed interest in wrestling, and actually trained to grapple in the WWE minors. But obviously that did not pan out.
With Kelly pulling the injury angle and Brooke gone goodbye, looks like Extreme Expose is on the ropes. So much for The Miz' management of the group.
Not a good day for some of the women out there in the grappling world. Word is also out that Leticia, TNA's longtime backstage interviewer, has been let go by that fed.

Leticia was very nice looking, and Brooke had a killer figure. Hope she ens up in TNA.
Extreme expose was a waste.

Agreed. Extreme Expose has to go. And they can take the god damn Miz with them. I just hope they don't replace Brooke w/ the diva search girl, Eve, and think no one will know the difference. Although, probably almost no one would.

Chris Masters has been released. Yes, the WWE wishes him well on his future endeavors.
He was recently suspended for a 2nd offense of the wellness policy, so they have become wary and weary of the man.

A shame. He had a promising career when it started. It has to be frustrating for guys who bust their ass when they see someone blow the chance.

In somewhat big news, as far as these things go, Bobby Lashley is gone from WWE.
Apparently this is coming off of his own website. I would have to guess at the end of the day it has to do with his obvious roiding up, although there have long been rumors of acrimony between the sides since his girlfriend Kristal Marshall went on her way.
"Circumstances, which are out of my control left me no decision but to leave the WWE. I can't go into details of this now but like I said before, sometimes people will hate you personally and try to destroy you, which has happened here. Evil has prevailed. However like I said before, if you continue your struggle, doors will open around these people. You have not seen the last of me, so please don't stop your support. Add Bobby Lashley to the list of RECENTLY RELEASED!"

Lashley had his faults, indeed, but when he showed up on ECW and speared the Big Show all to Hell - that was one of the few mark-out moments for me this year. I thought his character was at its best around that time. He was a force....until he opened his mouth and started cutting his promos.
Paul E was pushing to have him a heel with a mouthpiece, but Vince had other plans. Vince wanted him as a superstar good guy, hence the placement in the Trump angle.

This is what we've been able to ascertain regarding Bobby Lashley. The story is real and Lashley himself has apparently talked with some web sites to confirm it, including saying he's looking at MMA. Friends of his say he is leaning in that direction, but his prime focus now is just getting out of his WWE contract. It will be interesting to see if, because he has a long-term deal, if WWE will attempt to make him sign a non-compete, how long, terms, and if it will include not doing MMA for a time period.Lashley was training out of San Jose's American Kickboxing Academy to go into MMA when he got the WWE offer in 2004. He has not given any reasons. We're told the release itself hasn't been finalized, which is why WWE hasn't reported on it, but that Lashley does want out. Several sources have confirmed his being upset at the way Kristal Marshall's firing went down. While some in WWE were aware of it last night at the Smackdown tapings, the word had not spread within the company. Most found out about it this morning from the various stories. Several different people including on the creative side weren't even aware of the fact it had gotten this bad, although there were friends of Lashley's who have seen this brewing for some time. We also know that key people in TNA or UFC who would know if Lashley was looking to go there didn't know anything as of this afternoon. www.wrestlingobserver.com

I would think that Lashley would have a good legal argument that MMA is sufficiently different from WWE to not trigger a no compete clause.
Of course, if MMA is specifically listed in his contract, no dice.

It may very well be. I heard from another source that Lashley specifically said UFC was not an option, cause a no-complete could have been exclusive to them as the MMA power-broker. That, or he wont pass their drug tests, or he knows he is not ready for that solid competition yet.

That's a good point. Obviously, if the WWE specifically lists the UFC as part of the no compete, it counts unless the WWE agrees to relinquish that right. The only real reasons for them to do so are if the WWE is just feeling nice, or if they are paid.
I would think Lashley would get his ass kicked in the UFC. I say this knowing absolutely nothing about his martial arts skills, but I don't think being a monster alone would be enough. I wouldn't want to fight him, but a heavyweight UFC guy would likely take him out in less than one round. Lesnar is a different animal because he was an All American NCAA division I wrestler.
And I wonder how long he would have to be steroid free before he could pass all tests.

I dont know much about his martial arts skills either, but as mentioned in the snippet I posted from the Observer he had been training in kickboxing before becoming a wrestler at a martial arts training center. He also has a military background, and is known as a fierce competitor. His amateur experience would serve him well in the ground game.
I am sure he would not be going in blind.

Probably not blind, but there are a lot of military people with good martial arts backgrounds. They aren't necessarily the elite of the world. I would certainly be interested in seeing what happens. I like the idea of WWE superstars going to the UFC. It's cool seeing them fight for real.

Balls, the guy was a Championship caliber college wrestler, with Olympic potential. On the ground he would be lethal. Add a servicable kicking attack and the obvious power he can generate, and he would be dangerous. Stop hating on him just cause he's black.

We'll see how good he can be. He's got the athleticism for it, and I'm sure there are a lot worse out there in the ranks. Not sure if he has UFC level skill but I'm sure he would be more than fine in an EliteXC, ect. fed.
